THE CHANGE FACTOR IS AN EVOLUTION!

Change is inevitable.  Change is constant and an ongoing factor in life.  Why fear change?  Embrace it and grow!  Take the opportunity on what there is to learn from a world that is constantly evolving.  If you have an opinion, voice it! If you express an opinion, take ownership and accountability for it, because what you do and say has consequences. You may be presented with difficult situations, but you will have control over the attitude you choose to have and the power over the choices you make! This transformational awakening that one makes towards change is beautiful!  If you can make a difference in one person’s life, do it!  Change will transform you into who you are meant to be. It will strengthen you and lead you to a discovery of new possibilities.  The fact that everything around us is constantly evolving gives birth to new ideas and creativity!  Like a ripple, it will now change your life and touch the lives of others around you.  Develop and strengthen your character and you will evolve as a new person.  If there is any doubt, take this period as a time of reflection: Are you aware of any changes around you?  How will you react? Imagine what will happen if you could take one step towards taking risks, sharing your ideas with others and being able to think outside the box?  How will the changes made in your life influence others around you?  Let’s not put limits to all the possibilities we can achieve!  Everyone has ideas, which deserve to be heard.  It is this diversity that makes us unique.  This awareness needs to be shared.  Discover the possibilities, embrace change and you will grow!

In the book No Tears Left To Cry by Shirley Hess and Ernest Berlin, Naomi discovers the possibilities, which lead her to a transformational change. Like that of a butterfly, her metamorphosis is beautiful!

NO TEARS LEFT TO CRY
Shirley Hess and Ernest Berlin

You have tried to judge me
How I have suffered so,
But you do not know
How I live in sorrow.
I am locked in this cage,
My wings have been clipped -
And ‘til now, you have set the stage.
However, your curtain has been ripped:
I can see the light shine through,
Feel the warmth of tight embrace.
You have kept me hidden, but no longer will you see a trace
Of those tears that flowed so bitter sweetly:
Oh, how they ran down my face.
I can hear freedom knocking on the door:
Please forgive me,
I am leaving you -
You have no power – you won’t see me anymore!
